I had so much anxiety + imposter syndrome posting this.

I wanted to record it 8 more times until I felt like it was perfect.

But that perfection is what has been stopping me from showing up for REAL with you all. So here it is.

For the next 30 days, I’m going to challenge myself to show up as real as I can on here. That means more reels, more content, more vulnerability, more things that scare me, but hopefully more growth, more confidence, more community and support to come with it.

For those of you that don’t know me, here’s just the tip of the iceberg of what I do. There’s soo many more things that I missed, but I didn’t let myself re-record it 🤪

We’re showing up as best as we can. We’re fucking around and finding out.

I love September 21st because it’s basically a requirement to listen to this song.

It puts me in such a high vibe mood and when I’m feeling so high vibe, I feel powerful. I feel inevitable. And I know that I’m going to accomplish every single that I desire.

What are you feeling today? Are you feeling high vibe? Maybe you’re a bit low energy?

What’s one thing you can do that you know is going to instantly boost your vibration? Maybe it’s dancing to your favorite song, or meditating or listening to the podcast that inspires you?

I’ve been spending a lot of time with future me.

I’ve been spending a lot of time with future me.

Wondering what her day-to-day looks like, what she wakes up feeling every morning, what she has been able to accomplish, what goals she has been able to achieve.

And this is what I’ve realized:

Future me is confident af.

Future me knows exactly what she wants and when she wants it.

Future me prioritizes her well-being and takes time to rest, without feeling guilt for it.

Future me gets her nails done while her house is getting clean.

Future me is successful and abundant and loves herself radically.

Future me is strong, organized, compassionate, empathetic, and doesn’t let anything or anyone disturb her peace.

Future me has a line of folks waiting to work with her and multiple businesses that are being run by her team.

Future me is pretty fucking awesome.

What does future YOU look like? What do they do? What have they accomplished?

Does future you run a successful speaking business?

Does future you have a filled calendar to your desire capacity?

Does future you feel confident and organized and know that if you were to take time off that you would still be booking engagements cause your team knows what to do?

To be able to fully step into future you, you need to do yourself a favor in the present.

Learn the things that you need to learn to step into the version of yourself that you desire to be.

Invest in your business. Ask for help.

Implement the systems, tools, and processes that are going to keep your business operating at that high level that you know it can.

And most importantly, believe that you’ll get there.

Because you already are there. Now it’s time to set that foundation for growth.

Future you is telling present you to get to it.

And here I am to tell you that I’m the one to help you step into that power, fully.

If you are not organized in 2023, you're keeping yourself small.

Here's what I'd do if I was trying to get organized as a public speaker -- as someone who thrives off of being organized.

1) Get a Project Management System
- If you aren't using a PMS system to keep everything you do organized, what are you doing? Please don't tell me you're surviving off of post-it notes and an endless amount of Google Docs. PMS let you see the full picture and the details always.

2) Create Templates
- Don't keep recreating the wheel. Take time to write out (or save) emails, proposals. agreements, and even social media graphics. Doing this alone will save you TONS of time. And guess what? You can keep all those templates in your PMS.

3) Hire a VA.
- Your systems are only as good as the time you take to USE the systems you implement. Hire a VA to keep it all organized for you and make sure any standard operating procedure you create is happening like a well-oiled machine.

Did you ever struggle to figure out who you wanted

Did you ever struggle to figure out who you wanted to be when you were little?

I have friends and family members who came out of the womb knowing what they wanted to be. And that was never the case for me.

So I jumped around what I thought I wanted to be for years.

I even have degrees in things I *thought* I wanted to be.

I went from wanting to be a Teacher to a Chef to a Pastry Chef (I was too picky of an eater to be a Chef, but loved desserts so why not give that a try) to wanting to be an Event Planner to a Student Affairs Professional.

And then I realized that being a CEO was an option, and it all clicked. Then looking back at my childhood, it all made sense.
